Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us!

Please read our return and refund policy carefully:

All sales are final – Due to the nature of our products (personal care and skincare items), we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened or used.
Damaged or incorrect items – If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ksessetials27@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will be happy to replace the item or issue a refund.
Unopened items – Returns of unopened and unused products are accepted within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund processing – Once your return is approved and received, we will issue your refund to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
